Buzzing Hanoi vibes 🌆
Lekker location right by the Old Quarter and all the cool spots! The rooftop bar was a proper jol with stunning views over the lake. Staff were super friendly, chommies always ready to help out. Brekkie was nice too, proper eggs made on request!
Only downside was the room having no window, felt a bit cave-like sometimes.

what a shocker! my promised upgrade to an executive double room was a cruel joke, leading to a dark, dreary cave-like space. the rooftop pool was disappointingly freezing, making it impossible to relax. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for enduring this madness, but alas, i could not recieve one. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

My so-called upgrade to an executive double room vanished upon arrival!!! The claustrophobic room felt dark and dreary with minimal natural light. Address the sewer smell wafting from the air ducts too!!! Poor communication regarding room types must improve!!!

Great spot near the lake!
Had a comfy room with a nice view. The location is perfect, tons of places to grab a bite nearby. I especially liked chilling at the poolside snack bar. Only thing was the area could get a bit noisy at night, but it quiets down after a while. I had a solid stay!
