Its location was very central, right by a majestic church. The breakfast was tasty with a great view and eggs cooked as requested, for instance, had everything you could want.

It was a luxury and stylish hotel in a very lively area, very close to major attractions eg lake as well as an open market plus all the resturants that surround the lake. The breakfast was enormous with a great view and eggs cooked as requested, as example and frequently replenished.

We stayed at Golden Lotus Luxury for 2 separate nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast staff were friendly and warm, ensuring we had everything we needed each morning. The two girls working at breakfast were fantastic. After a hot day of walking around Hanoi, it was great to be able to take a refreshing swim in the pool. The staff also provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and accurate directions to find them. the staff were very helpful and polite. The location was also convenient for shopping and exploring the nearby lake.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. ❤️

The room was reasonably well appointed and nicely decorated and I liked the historic-style building. The setting was quite absolutely perfect within easy reach of Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a very attractive area.

It has great and handy location for visiting Temple of the Jade Mountain. Area is secure and adjacent to the lake and St Joseph, airport and the Laotian Embassy.

During our stay at Golden Lotus Luxury, we requested a twin room but unfortunately it was unavailable. However, the staff quickly accommodated us in a comfortable double room instead. The room was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal for our short stay in Hanoi. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff throughout our entire visit. One particular highlight was when we needed to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out, and the hotel happily obliged, even though we were no longer guests. This level of customer service was impressive and made our overall experience very positive. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and attentive staff.
